My Personal Programs:

Darkhold HTML Editor Darkhold HTML Editor Version 2, written in vb2010

This is the program I wrote to create and edit all my web sites. I prefer clean code and small programs so this fulfills my needs perfectly.

This program can be run from anywhere but I created an install program to make things easier.

Darkhold Money Tracker 6.40 Darkhold Money Tracker Version 6.40, written in vb2010

This is the most recent version of a program that I've been using for quite some time. I use it to keep track of all my finances except my stocks. Unlike the previous versions this one is resizable and a lot easier to work with on todays windows computers.

As of version 6.4 you can print out the current month. All other changes per version are included in the installation.

I plan to add onto it later (budget projections, seperate accounts, possibly stocks...). It also comes with the newest Darkhold Calculator integrated.

This version of Darkhold Money Tracker requires no extra files.

Previous Versions:
-Darkhold Money Tracker Version 6.30
-Darkhold Money Tracker Version 6.10
-Darkhold Money Tracker Version 6.00

Darkhold Calculator 2.00 Darkhold Calculator Version 2.01, written in vb2010

This is a good replacement for the standard Windows Calculator. It has no scientific functions but since I designed it myself I'm able to use it a lot faster than the one that comes with Windows. It's identical to the previous version that I included with my earlier versions of Darkhold Money Tracker except it's written in vb2010 and if you double-click the form between the buttons/boxes you can access a log of all the current work during that session.

Version 2.01 removes the annoying beep on 'keypress' that I had fixed in the Money Tracker version. This version of Darkhold Calculator requires no extra files.

Vehicle Record Tracker Vehicle Record Tracker Version 1.0, written in vb6

I've actually been using an older, text based version of this program that I wrote for years. Unfortunetly the program only saved one vehicle so I had to keep multiple folders to track all of my cars/bikes. So wrote this one recently to simplify things and post for others to use. This program not only stores everything you do to your car it also assists you in creating a webpage for your vehicle and stores a seperate page for each one. If fact, the pages for my vehicles on this site were created using it.

This program can be run from anywhere. just create a directory and throw it in there. There are only four files that the program needs but a small readme file is included.

This program only requires the Visual Basic Runtime Files (.99MB) and the Access 2000 Runtime (32.2MB). If you have MS Office 2000 or higher installed on your computer then you shouldn't need the Access runtime file installation.

Home Helper Home Helper Version 1.0, written in vb6

This is just a simple program for storing a couple of lists in one place. I just created it because I was having trouble keeping track of stuff I needed to do in my new house. It has an option to print any one list to the default printer.

This program can be run from anywhere. just create a directory and throw it in there. There are only two files but the program will install a sub directory when run the first time for the lists.

This program only requires the Visual Basic Runtime Files (.99MB)

Shadowrun NPC Editor Shadowrun NPC Editor Version 1.0, written in vb6

When I used to GM Shadowrun (The first version of the RPG) I used this program to create and keep track of my Non-Player Characters. It's small and handy for that task. I don't know the rules for the other versions of Shadowrun but I'm sure the program could be expanded to accommodate them (since I still have the source code).

This program can be run from anywhere. just create a directory and throw it in there. There are only three files that the program needs but a small readme file is included.

This program only requires the Visual Basic Runtime Files (.99MB) and the Access 2000 Runtime (32.2MB). If you have MS Office 2000 or higher installed on your computer then you shouldn't need the Access runtime file installation.

Older, Replaced, and Out of date versions:

Darkhold Money Tracker 5Darhold Money Tracker Version 5.42, written in vb6

This is version 5 of a program that I've been using for quite some time. The previous one was lost to a thumbdrive failure and so I wrote this one from scratch to replace it. It's since been retired as well.

I can honestly say that I believe it's my best one yet. It has the Darkhold Simple Calculator and a bargraph integrated into it. It also has better error handling than previous versions (which had none). Version 5.41 also saw the introduction of both a Budget and Sandbox window. The Sandbox allows you to "play" with your budget without changing anything permanently

The Darkhold Money Tracker will run from any directory. Just create one and throw it in there.

This program only requires the Visual Basic Runtime Files (.99MB) and the Access 2000 Runtime (32.2MB). If you have MS Office 2000 or higher installed on your computer then you shouldn't need the Access runtime file installation.

Darkhold HTML Editor Darkhold HTML Editor 2nd Edition, Version 4, written in vb6

This is the program I wrote to create and edit all my web sites. I prefer clean code and small programs so this fulfills my needs perfectly.

This program can be run from anywhere. just create a directory and throw it in there. You can associate it manually to open with a right click on HTML files and clicking "Edit" from Windows "Folder Options". As soon as I figure out how to implement that into an install program I will.

The version number for this is confusing. It's actually the 4th version of the second edition of the 1st version (head spinning yet?). Basically, it's the latest version of the first true version.

This program only requires the Visual Basic Runtime Files (.99MB)
